Cancellation Policy
Tessa Scissorhands LLC charges a 75% cancelation/rescheduling fee within 72-hours (3-days) of appointments. At this time we are unable to waive cancellation fees for cancels or rescheduling within 72-hours (3-days) of service time.
We understand that life happens, but please also understand that last minute cancellations and no-shows result in an unexpected loss of income for this business.
Same day cancelations or within 24 hours, reschedules, and no shows are charged at 99% of the estimated service. A no-show will result in a ban from rebooking.
